THE BACKSTORY:
Approximately eight years ago, a stray orange cat named Thumbkin was discovered scavenging for food in the trash cans of my apartment complex. In December of 2022, during a severe rainstorm, I spotted Thumbkin seeking refuge in a hole-in-the-wall of my building. Taking quick action, I attached a bowl of cat food to a strip of cardboard and inserted it into the wall, which Thumbkin gratefully consumed.

After days of consistent feeding, the rain subsided. Whenever I called Thumbkin, she would emerge from the wall, though she would hiss if I approached too closely. Nonetheless, she willingly indulged in the cat food I left for her twice a day.

Come May 2023, a remarkable change occurred – Thumbkin ceased hissing. Now, when summoned, she would guide me to the staircase at the rear of my apartment building. Walking two feet in front of me, she meowed persistently, urging me to keep pace.

Fast forward to January 2024, and I’ve faithfully fed Thumbkin twice a day for 14 months. To support Thumbkins rescue, I am offering a brand new 2024 Limited-Edition Individually-Numbered Cat Yoga calendar for sale.  Priced at $10, the shipping within the United States is free.

During this period, I've dedicated efforts to craft a comic book centered around an advanced group of extraterrestrial cats known as the Cat Yoga Squad. Residing at the 'Cat Yoga Institute for Extraterrestrial Felines' under the leadership of the reclusive Sensei, Mr. Cat Yoga, they have sworn to combat crime and aid the people of Earth. Funds raised from calendar sales will contribute to Thumbkin's rescue, and if sales reach a sufficient level, I aspire to produce a comic book, which I hope to develop into an animated TV series.
